Devin Turner
Founder & President

Serving as a community leader for over 15 years, Devin has used creativity with community development to positively impact people’s lives all over the country. From his days of serving as a youth pastor and currently serving as Lead Pastor of Revolution Church to his community leadership, music and film productions, he continues to support and serve families in under-resourced communities in very effective ways.

Natalie Dunn
Secretary & Treasurer

Natalie Dunn is a native of Florida and has a passion for criminal justice reform. Natalie earned a B.A. in Criminology from the University of South Florida in 2014. In 2016, Natalie earned an M.A. in Justice, Law, and Criminology from The American University. From 2015 to 2019, Natalie worked as a Social Science Researcher. In this position, she reviewed programs that helped reduce recidivism for returning citizens. Currently, Natalie works with the pretrial population. She connects individuals with the proper resources they need to prepare for their court date.

Angus Small
Vice President

Angus has over 15 years of combined leadership, sales and engineering experience.  Within that time he has served on several non-profit and for profit leadership teams. During his terms, he’s created strategic outreach strategies, led production teams, led volunteer teams, trained and mentored youth and created & executed marketing strategies in support of these organizations.
